Administration Officer – Planning & Workplace Team
Lismore City Council is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our Planning & Environment team on a 6‑month maximum term contract. This is an exciting chance to contribute to essential regulatory, planning and compliance services that support our community.
Responsibilities
Provide effective administrative support across planning, compliance and public health programs.
Process applications through electronic systems including the NSW Planning Portal.
Maintain registers and ensure integrity of corporate data and records.
Prepare documentation, reports and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
Assist with invoicing, procurement, refunds and annual renewals.
Liaise with customers and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
Support business operations including service requests and workflow tracking.
Qualifications
Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent, or relevant experience in an administrative or support role within a large or diverse organisation.
Computer skills in Microsoft Office and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
