- Competitive remuneration structure including a company car and bonus About The Role Norco is seeking to appoint a Territory Manager in one of our key heartland regions. This role is responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth and strengthening brand presence by building high-value relationships across an established customer base, while actively identifying new opportunities within the territory. Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will operate as a self-starter within a qualified and collaborative sales team. You will take ownership of your territory, leveraging insights, structured planning and disciplined execution to drive performance across independent retail and distributor channels. The role supports customers across Northern Rivers NSW region and requires regular travel, including planned overnight stays (approximately 1-2 nights per month) in rural areas, with flexibility to manage your own travel schedule in line with business priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly territory sales plans aligned to growth objectives and agreed targets
- Deliver against sales budgets and performance outcomes through strong account management and territory ownership
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with retailers, distributors and key stakeholders
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and strong market knowledge
- Manage distributor relationships to optimise distribution and unlock growth opportunities
- Maintain an effective call cycle across all outlets, ensuring consistent customer engagement
- Leverage CRM systems to capture insights, track activity and inform decision-making
- Monitor competitor activity and apply market intelligence to influence strategy
- Execute in‑store excellence including:
- Product ranging and positioning
- Pricing and promotional activity
- Fridge/cooler standards and compliance
- Stock rotation and availability
- Conduct store audits and promotional effectiveness reviews
- Deliver accurate reporting and insights to support data‑driven decision making
- Manage expenses in line with budgets and company policies About You You are a commercially minded and relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
- Proven experience in FMCG route or territory sales
- Strong relationship management and influencing capability
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and execute territory strategies
- Highly motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organisational and time management capability
- Valid driver’s licence Barista or coffee category knowledge is advantageous, along with an interest in consumer trends and local market dynamics.
