**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in event planning, wedding coordination and hospitality sales
- Robust background in managing client relationships and event bookings
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment
- Knowledge of luxury venues and high-end event expectations is a plus
- Proficiency in event management software such as Delphi and Opera Cloud
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings as required
- Passion for creating unforgettable experiences and delivering exceptional customer service
