Description
During check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, the Guest Service Agent is in charge of providing all guests with attentive, courteous, and productive service while optimising room revenue and occupancy. Additionally, you will be expected to help out in the bar and restaurant when necessary.
Education & Experience
Room Master Hotel system preferred (not essential)
Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
High School certificate or equivalent required.
Micrsoft Office experience required.
Customer Services experience preferred.
Groups and meeting reservation experience highly regarded.
General Requirements
Always act in a welcoming and friendly manner.
Must be able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with all levels of coworkers and visitors in a way that is attentive, amiable, courteous, and service-oriented.
Effective hearing, comprehension, and clarification of issues raised by staff and visitors are essential. To fulfil deadlines, the ability to multitask and prioritise departmental tasks is required.
Be attentive, cordial, considerate, and service-oriented in all interactions with visitors and staff. Attend all trainings and meetings that the hotel requires.
Maintain regular attendance as required by scheduling, which varies depending on the requirements of the hotel, in accordance with Hotels & Suites Standards.
Maintain high standards for personal grooming and appearance.
Able to assist in Gaming, Bar and restaurant when required.

Salary: $23.00
- $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20
- 40 per week
