Creative Designer (Villawood)

We’ve just moved into our new HQ in **Villawood (2163)** and we’re excited to build a strong and talented team. Our modern office and warehouse space is the base for a small, close-knit group working together on the same mission. This is an opportunity to step into a **fully creative role**, where you will take the lead on shaping the visual identity of our brand.

**The Role**: We’re looking for a designer who lives and breathes creativity. Your main focus will be **photo and video editing for social media advertising**, creating engaging ads, scroll-stopping content, and visuals that bring our brand to life.

You will be working **directly with the founder**, bouncing ideas, experimenting with new concepts, and growing alongside the brand. While experience is not a requirement, we do need to see a **portfolio** or examples of your work to understand your creative style.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design and edit engaging **social media ads** (static and video)
- Create content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Design and update our **website** to reflect brand identity and campaigns
- Plan and coordinate **photoshoots** for products and brand content

**About You**:

- Strong skills in **photo and video editing** (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar tools)
- A creative thinker who understands what works in **social advertising**:

- Able to work independently while collaborating with the team
- Portfolio showcasing your **style, creativity, and editing ability**:

- Bonus if you are comfortable with content creation (filming, photography), but not essential
