About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Service Receptionist, to work at our busy Mercedes-Benz Service Department located in Warwick Farm on a full time basis.

The role will involve the following:

Answer and directing incoming calls

Greeting Guests and directing them appropriately

Assisting potential clients with enquiries

Booking Vehicle in for Service and Recalls in ERA and Excel

General administration support duties

Full work rights in Australia

Proven Reception experience in a corporate workplace

Exceptional communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Ability to work under pressure and multi task
