Qualifications

Proven experience in event planning, wedding coordination and hospitality sales

Robust background in managing client relationships and event bookings

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a quick-paced setting

Knowledge of luxury venues and high-end event expectations is a plus

Proficiency in event management software such as Delphi and Opera Cloud

Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings as required

Passion for creating unforgettable experiences and delivering exceptional customer service
