At PGH Bricks, part of the CSR Group, we've been shaping Australian homes and communities for generations. Now, we're looking for an experienced **Maintenance Manager** to take the reins at our **Cecil Park** site in Western Sydney.

This is a **hands-on leadership role** where you'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and delivering all maintenance activities on site-ensuring safety, reliability, and performance go hand-in-hand. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading your team and keeping our plant running at its best.

This role is ideal for a collaborative leader with a strong background in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
- Leading and developing a high-performing Maintenance team to deliver efficient, cost-effective outcomes.
- Managing preventative and reactive maintenance across all plant assets, including planning for plant shutdowns.
- Driving site reliability and asset performance through structured planning and execution of maintenance strategies.
- Working closely with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance with WHSE requirements.
- Maintaining control over maintenance budgets and operating costs.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and equipment optimisation.

**What you bring to the role**:
- **Tertiary qualifications** in **Mechanical Engineering** or relevant **trade qualifications**.
- Proven experience in **Maintenance or Engineering Management** within a **manufacturing operations** environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a **high-performing Maintenance team** and fostering a positive culture.
- Proficiency in **computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)**, with **SAP** experience preferred.
- Demonstrated **mechanical aptitude** and in-depth knowledge of a **wide range of equipment**.
- A **safety-first mindset**, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
