Stock Control & Admin Clerk (Warwick Farm)

Our friendly Stock Control team are now on the lookout for a **Stock Control Administration Clerk** to join the team based at **Warwick Farm.**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining new vehicle stock records within our DMS.
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicles in stock, including their locations and status.
- Organising vehicle swaps with other dealers.
- Processing Retail Delivery Advice's (RDA's).
- Co-ordination of Vehicle logistics & transportation.
- Retrieve quotes from Car Carrier companies for transport requests.
- Liaise with truck drivers for daily runs.
- Registration for New, Used & Demo vehicles for multiple brands.
- Ensure compliance with registration guidelines.
- General administrative duties.

**What we are looking for**:

- Well organised and can prioritise workloads on a daily basis.
- Solid & professional verbal, written and phone communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, punctual & reliable.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal departments and external companies.
- Ability to work autonomously but also collaboratively with a team
- Can plan and think quickly and strategically when issues arise.
- Knowledge of Era Power would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
