**About the prospect**

We are seeking a **Maintenance Manager** to join our **PGH Bricks Plant in Cecil Park** on a **full-time, permanent** basis. Reporting to the **Manufacturing Manager**, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing all maintenance activities while fostering cross-functional teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **Maintenance team** to ensure optimal site operation, maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage maintenance activities within allocated budgets and cost controls.
- Oversee service contractors, ensuring full compliance with **Workplace Safety, Health, and Environment (WSHE) requirements**.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities and plant shutdowns to meet **KPI targets**.

This role is ideal for a collaborative leader with a strong background in **maintenance management** within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

**What you bring to the role**:
- **Tertiary qualifications** in **Mechanical Engineering** or relevant **trade qualifications**.
- Proven experience in **Maintenance or Engineering Management** within a **manufacturing operations** environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a **high-performing Maintenance team** and fostering a positive culture.
- Proficiency in **computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)**, with **SAP** experience preferred.
- Demonstrated **mechanical aptitude** and in-depth knowledge of a **wide range of equipment**.
- A **safety-first mindset**, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
