Maintenance Line Setter Villawood

Position Summary:

As a GP maintenance Fitter, your role will be to support Supervisor/ Manager in the business to ensure that manufacturing machineries are running efficiently and effectively in a secure manner, in accordance with required quality standards.

Duties:

Tasks to perform include:

Perform all the task within competency level in a protected manner.

Ensure equipment breakdowns are kept to a minimum and the production equipment runs efficiently at the required level.

Support production team during changeover and equipment cleaning

Carry out preventative maintenance and safety checks by identifying, reporting and/ or taking necessary action to resolve any hazards or safety issues

Maintain safety standards, and, perform daily check-ups on equipment and attachment regarding safety and performance

Conduct repairs efficiently within competency level.

Report and maintain documents regarding machine repairs and preventative maintenance tasks

Comply with all Real Foods policies and procedures, quality assurance and troubleshooting processes.

Adaptable attitude towards work hours (including weekend, shutdown) across various shift if needed.

General housekeeping, maintenance of spare parts, disassembling and assembling GP heads.

Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor/ manager.

Pay: $45.00
- $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
