Marketing Manager — In-House | DIY Gardening & Pest Control eCommerce

What You’ll Do
Content & Campaign Creation (Core Focus)_
Develop original, scroll-stopping content for social media (Reels, carousels, stories, posts)
Own the end-to-end campaign cycle: concept → content → launch → performance tracking
Repurpose testimonials, customer photos, and product benefits into robust marketing content
Work closely with our team to film, shoot, and edit product demos and seasonal content
Digital Marketing & Strategy_
Create, manage, and scale ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Optimise weekly and seasonal performance marketing (ROAS, CTR, CAC)
Oversee SEO keyword targeting (in collaboration with an external agency)
Performance Reporting & Analysis_
Report on marketing metrics and campaign ROI
Use GA4, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager to track and improve marketing efforts
Recommend data-driven changes across creative, targeting, and website funnel
Team & Project Coordination_
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, customer service) to align marketing priorities
Work with external partners (e.g., agency or freelancers) for SEO or ad creative if needed
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Who You Are
4+ years in digital marketing, ideally in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC)
Robust content creator — hands-on with Canva and/or Adobe tools, confident with video, visuals, and copy
Practical experience running Meta and Google ad campaigns (not just boosting)
Able to think strategically, but also execute rapid
Comfortable working independently and leading campaign execution
Bonus: Familiarity with Mailchimp, SEO basics, or short-form video production
You’ll Use Tools Like
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush (for performance/SEO insight)
Pay: $80,000.00
- $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
Villawood NSW 2163: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
