**About the Role**: Seeking an enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our busy Toyota Service Department in Warwick Farm on a full-time basis.

**About the opportunity**:

- Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
- Greeting and welcoming customers upon arrival
- Assisting new and existing clients with service-related enquiries
- Booking vehicles for servicing and recalls using ERA and Excel
- Providing general administrative support to the service team

**About you**: Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, robust communication skills, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

- Previous reception experience (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- The ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform effectively under pressure
