Due to strong growth, our Chipping Norton (NSW) factory, seeks to employ energetic and competent **Production Worker Supervisors/ Team Leaders** to join our factory team who have a strong understanding of manufacturing / production processes with proven leadership skills to be able to supervise the production line staff and oversee work processes.

These are key **HANDS ON team leadership**roles where you will be required to actively manage the operational processes and our factory crews to produce high quality work on time to meet customer's needs at all times.

**To be considered, you must**: **1.**have proven experience as a **Production Supervisor/ Team Leader** managing people & diverse work loads in a factory production and/ or manufacturing environment.

**2.** understand and promote the importance of **Safety, Quality and Productivity**at all times.

**3.** have a strong team culture, able to take responsibility, meet deadlines and possess a strong customer service focus.

**4.** possess mechanical knowledge and/ or aptitude to operate and oversee large scale production equipment.

**5.** have a reasonable level of education/ training to understand and problem solve to ensure compliance with safety and operating procedures.

**6.** display attention to detail and have a strong work ethic to get the job done.

**7.** be 100% reliable, in good health, and have your own transport.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Production Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
