**Your role**
Due to an internal promotion, we are currently searching for a Distribution Admin Officer to join our friendly Distribution team based in our Melbourne head office.
Reporting into our Distribution Lead, this role is responsible for entering proof of delivery data into SAP, to enable the generation of customer invoices. The Distribution Administration Officer will use proof of delivery (POD) information from transport providers to complete SAP post goods issue (PGI) transaction in an accurate and timely manner.
The Distribution Administration Officer will liaise with the distribution team and carriers to resolve any discrepancies between manifest and delivery information and provide regular reporting on carrier delivery performance.
**Your responsibilities**
- Complete understanding of the SAP post goods issue (PGI) process and associated processes
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that IXOM PGI processing is completed accurately
- Work with carriers to manage the quality and timeliness of proof of delivery (POD) data
- Compile weekly and monthly Carrier performance report on timeliness and accuracy of POD
- Compile weekly and monthly Milestone report, including performance of 3rd Party warehouses
- Liaise with the internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies between manifest and delivery information & resolve any issues with accuracy
- Provide support to the sourcing and distribution team as requested
**Your skills & experience**
- Previous work requiring attention to detail
- Management of a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and independent in problem solving
- Transport administration experience is not essential but would be an advantage
- Intermediate Excel skills would be an advantage
- Prior experience using SAP would be great, however not essential
