Job title – Commercial Premix & Business Development Manager, TTH Location – Moorebank Sydney, Australia The Commercial Premix & Business Development Manager is a pivotal role within the TTH APAC region, tasked with steering the growth and management of the Premix portfolio. This role holds the responsibility for achieving ambitious growth targets and is instrumental in driving the strategic and operational direction of the Premix business line. - Drive the achievement of growth objectives for the Premix product line within the APAC region.
- Oversee the daily operational management of the Premix portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and execution excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Product to Order (PTO) process, handling all Premix-related inquiries and facilitating seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to identify and mitigate cost drivers, enhancing cost efficiency for the Premix line.
- Partner with the Sales Team to expand market share, including joint customer visits to understand needs and foster relationships.
- Analyse competitive landscape of the Premix market in APAC to develop informed strategies that position the company favourably. We bring

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Science, or a related field is required.
- More than 10 years of working experience in a multi-national environment.
- A comprehensive understanding of the food and nutrition industry, particularly the premix sector, with an awareness of technical product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory standards in the APAC region.
- Proven experience in strategic sales planning, market analysis, and business development within similar industries.
- Robust negotiation and relationship management skills to drive partnerships and collaborations both internally and externally.
