Position Summary

Oversee supply chain operations

Manage and coordinate logistics, warehouse, and assembly activities.

Maintain receiving, despatching warehouse by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs/processes to suit the ever-changing business

To carry out duties as described within the standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and job description as directed.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with relevant safety, health and environmental requirements.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimise inventory levels and reduce costs

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock

Collaborate with logistics and transport team to ensure productive transportation and distribution of goods

Employ and manage warehouse team

Learn and manage all systems

Organise daily plan to warehouse staff for smooth process flow.

Maintain accurate and timely Outbound, Inbound and Returns product database records.

Liaise with other members of the Customer Services Inter State Branches regarding product shortages.

Work closely with Customer Services to ensure branch and customer orders are packed and despatched on time and DIFOT is achieved.

Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.

Manage and implement the warehouse roster and ensure there are enough trained staff to meet workload demand all in line with budget allocation. This will also cover approval and management of warehouse & Assembly staff roster.

Establish key performance indicator (KPI’s) and monitor the performance of staff in terms of compliance with quality, safety, health and environmental delivery on time requirements.

Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing current design layouts, inspecting equipment’s, issuing work orders for repair and requesting for replacements.

Carry out any other duties as directed by the General Manager

Pay: $74,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday
