Protech is currently recruiting **Assembler/General Hands** for a reputable manufacturing client in **Chipping Norton**. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking stable, ongoing work in a supportive and inclusive environment.

**About the Role**:

- **Immediate Start**:

- **Casual ongoing employment**:

- **Day shift available
- 7:00 AM start**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble air conditioning units, including switchboards and insulation, on a production line.
- Use hand and power tools for various assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following safety procedures.
- Ensure product quality and report any equipment issues.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Good hand-eye coordination
- Previous experience in manufacturing or similar work
- **Full-time work rights required**
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
