About the Role:

Seeking an enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our busy Toyota Service Department in Warwick Farm on a full time basis.

About the opportunity:

Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner

Greeting and welcoming customers upon arrival

Assisting recent and existing clients with service-related enquiries

Booking vehicles for servicing and recalls using ERA and Excel

Providing general administrative support to the service team

About you:

Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, robust communication skills, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

Previous reception experience (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

The ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform effectively under pressure
