To enhance our online presence, we are seeking a talented Content Writer with experience in website product descriptions, WordPress, and basic SEO.
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging product descriptions for our website using WordPress.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and tone.
Optimize content for SEO, including the use of relevant keywords and meta descriptions.
Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility in search results.
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms like eBay and Amazon.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in product representation.
Proofread and review content for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines.
Monitor product page performance and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and conversions.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in e-commerce or product-focused roles.
Proficiency in using WordPress for content creation and management.
Solid understanding of basic SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, Yoast).
Experience with eBay and Amazon platforms, including listing optimization and management.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to conduct research and write informative, customer-focused content.
Familiarity with product photography or image optimization is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of e-commerce analytics and tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush is an advantage.
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to current tools and industry trends.
