Production Workers (Chipping Norton)

Protech is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Chipping Norton to recruit Production Operators for ongoing casual roles. If you're looking for reliable work, a great team environment, and the chance to grow your skills, this is the opportunity for you! About the Role:
- Day Shift – 7:00 AM Start
- Casual Ongoing Employment
- Pay Rate: $38.03/hr after 3 months Your Responsibilities:
- Assemble air conditioning units, including switchboards and insulation, on a production line
- Operate hand and power tools for various tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues
- Ensure product quality throughout the process What We’re Looking For:
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Previous experience in manufacturing or similar environments
- Full working rights in Australia (Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply)
