Motel Front Desk Receptionist (Slacks Creek)

Involves all aspects of Front Office Reception, which includes providing friendly, personalized customer service in responding to all accommodation enquiries. Promoting and driving the business to secure accommodation bookings, processing reservations and ensuring full and accurate data capture, assisting corporate and leisure guests (check in procedure, explaining hotel facilities, location, check out procedure), and overall ensuring smooth running of Reception duties.

Will demonstrate a passion for customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The ability to promote and sell accommodation services and facilities, have excellent communication skills, interpersonal and time management skills. Previous experience with front office booking systems, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation and must be computer literate. This is a requirement to be competent in the role.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, eg. 9am-7pm during the week, 12pm-8pm on Saturday.
