We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Leasing Manager/ Leasing Consultant to join our clients ever growing Property Management Department and we are actively interviewing now.

My client is a boutique agency in the Inner Southern suburbs. This is an exciting position which involves working within a busy and vibrant office that offers new challenges and versatility daily and are expanding at exponential rate

This role would be perfect for an experienced PM looking to take a step away from managing a portfolio, or an aspiring PM looking to join an agency to learn from the best!

- Conducting open homes
- Processing applications
- Managing rental enquiries
- Providing assistance to the property management department with entries and routine inspections To be considered for this role you must have:

• QLD valid drivers licence
• QLD Real Estate Certificate

• Min 6 months experience in real estate, Leasing and property management experience
