What you'll be doing
- Safely and accurately dispense prescription medication
- Offer qualified pharmaceutical advice and guidance to patients
- Participate in medication reviews and management programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the overall pharmacy operations and support the pharmacy team What we're looking for
- Registered Pharmacist with a current AHPRA license
- Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, medication management, and patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and the healthcare team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
