**The Role** This is a fast-paced, task-oriented role focused on stock accuracy and showroom presentation. You are responsible for the physical flow of goods and ensuring our sales team has the samples and displays they need to close deals. You are the key point for all bound order packing for customers to pick or preparing for deliveries.

You are back of house, but still customer facing, so having a good customer service is critical.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Pick & Pack**: Accurately preparing orders for customer collection or delivery.
- **Sample Management**: Full ownership of the sample bay—organizing, labeling, and ordering new stock from suppliers as required.
- **Showroom Merchandising**: Assisting with display builds and shop fixtures. Basic DIY skills are required (we will train you on specific tile display methods).
- **Forklift Operations**: Safe loading/unloading of vehicles and pallet movements.
- **Stock Control**: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse setting.

**Requirements**:

- **Forklift License**: Current LF license is essential.
- **Physically Fit**: This is a heavy-lifting role (up to 30kg) requiring high energy throughout the day.
- **DIY Aptitude**: Comfortable using basic tools for showroom merchandising and display builds.
- **Proactive Mindset**: You see a messy bay or a low sample tray and fix it without being asked. you jump on tasks to be done rather than leaving them to the last minute.

Pay: $30.27
- $32.57 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
