*** **We are looking to welcome an **Administration Intake and Program Support Officer** to deliver high quality administration and customer service support to the Act for Kids South Brisbane Family Domestic and Sexual Violence Therapy Services.**

- **Level 3** under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $73,804
- $79,139 (pro-rata) plus super.****:

- **Government funded until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.***

- **Respond to and process referrals and referral enquiries in a timely, sensitive, and effective manner.****:

- **Maintain accurate client information management systems.****:

- **Identify support needs of families and whether they meet the target criteria of the program.**

- **Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.****:

- **Minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing administration and intake support in a similar service.****:

- **Strong administrative skills with accuracy, attention to detail, and data and record keeping skills.****:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport quickly.****:

- **Strong focus on attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.***
