Supervisor - Insurance Builder (Slacks Creek)

In order to join the team as our new Major Loss Supervisor you will have the ability to work within a fast-paced industry while all the time exceeding expectations and KPI’s. Industry experience coupled with a positive attitude, site-based knowledge and strong organisational skills will allow you the tools required to succeed in this position. Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to): Communication – Verbal & written to keep all parties well informed Preparation – Review & understand entire claim to ensure a successful repair Quality Control – Manage trades, suppliers & site to exceed all expectations on every repair Repair Schedules – Clearly & efficiently program repairs to bring claim to completion within KPI Budgets – Understand, monitor & control claim repair costs Key Performance Indicators – Exceed internal & external KPI’s Additional items as required to ensure the team succeeds Skills & Abilities (Not limited to): Building Supervisor Licence (Required) Computer & Communication skills Qualified & Organised Attention to detail while managing time efficiently Valued & active member of a team culture Driven to succeed while working independently Experience
