Senior Civil Machine Operator — Road & Infrastructure (Logan)

Protech is seeking skilled Machine Operators, with a solid focus on Roller and Excavator Operators, for multiple civil projects across South Brisbane. Operators with additional machine experience (Loader, Moxy, Watercart, Grader, Dozer etc.) are also highly encouraged to apply. Locations include: Logan | Greenbank | Redbank Plains | Ipswich | Victoria Point | Ormeau | CoomeraLive Northside? - ✔ Immediate starts available
- ✔ Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- ✔ $42–$54 per hour (based on experience & machine)
- ✔ Penalties after 7.6 hours + daily travel & meal allowance
- ✔ Opportunity to work across major road, subdivision, and infrastructure projects About the Role As an experienced Machine Operator, you will:
- Operateheavy machinary safely and efficiently on active civil worksites
- Carry out daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
- Follow all site safety procedures, traffic plans, and project specifications
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members
- Assist with general civil labouring tasks when required What We’re Looking For
- Construction White Card
- Proven experience in civil construction
- Current RIITicket
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong safety focus and a commitment to quality work
- Road construction or subdivision experience highly regarded
