Supervisor - Insurance Builder (Slacks Creek)

In order to join the team as our new Major Loss Supervisor you will have the ability to work within a quick-paced industry while all the time exceeding expectations and KPI’s. Industry experience coupled with a positive attitude, site-based knowledge and strong organisational skills will allow you the tools required to succeed in this position.

**Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to)**: Communication
- Verbal & written to keep all parties well informed

Preparation
- Review & understand entire claim to ensure a successful repair

Quality Control
- Manage trades, suppliers & site to exceed all expectations on every repair

Repair Schedules
- Clearly & efficiently program repairs to bring claim to completion within KPI

Budgets
- Understand, monitor & control claim repair costs

Key Performance Indicators
- Exceed internal & external KPI’s

Additional items as required to ensure the team succeeds

**Skills & Abilities (Not limited to)**: Building Supervisor Licence (required)

Computer & Communication skills

Professional & Organised

Attention to detail while managing time efficiently

Valued & active member of a team culture

Driven to succeed while working independently

Experience
- Site Supervisor or Project Manager
- Insurance industry (preferred)
