• Essential Qualification: Degree-qualified Engineer with extensive mineral processing experience

Role Opportunity This is a senior leadership opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering mineral processing projects from concept through to construction. The role combines technical leadership, client engagement and commercial accountability in a hands-on, boutique consulting workplace.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Degree-qualified in Engineering
• Significant experience in leading engineering projects from concept through to detailed design and into construction
• Extensive relevant industry experience within Mineral sands or mineral processing.
• Sound engineering fundamentals and strong analytical skills
• Strong client and stakeholder engagement
• Proven engineering leadership capability

Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead engineering technical project delivery
• Drive technical and financial performance
• Develop engineering standards and procedures
• Translate flowsheets into engineering design
• Present technical findings to clients
• Improve standards, procedures and safety
