Protech is seeking skilled Machine Operators , with a strong focus on Roller and Excavator Operators , for multiple civil projects across South Brisbane. Operators with additional machine experience (Loader, Moxy, Watercart, Grader, Dozer etc.) are also highly encouraged to apply. Locations include: Logan | Greenbank | Redbank Plains | Ipswich | Victoria Point | Ormeau | CoomeraLive Northside? - ✔ Immediate starts available
- ✔ Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- ✔ $42–$54 per hour (based on experience & machine)
- ✔ Penalties after 7.6 hours + daily travel & meal allowance
- ✔ Opportunity to work across major road, subdivision, and infrastructure projects About the Role As an experienced Machine Operator, you will:
- Operateheavy machinary safely and efficiently on active civil worksites
- Carry out daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
- Follow all site safety procedures, traffic plans, and project specifications
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members
- Assist with general civil labouring tasks when required What We’re Looking For
- Construction White Card
- Proven experience in civil construction
- Current RIITicket
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Strong safety focus and a commitment to quality work
- Road construction or subdivision experience highly regarded
- Additional RII tickets & experience highly regarded How to Apply
