Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, client communications, and data entry.

Utilise practice management systems, including Halaxy, Zanda (previously Powerdiary), Medical Objects, NovoPsych, Stripe, and Google Workspace.

Assist with setting up and optimising Practice Management Software (PMS) tailored to client needs.

Handle projects such as updating intake forms, fee schedules, and conducting Medicare audits.

Act as a dedicated contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and clear communication.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the allied health sector.

Proficiency with Halaxy, Powerdiary, Medical Objects, NovoPsych, Stripe, and Google Workspace.

Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

Solid written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
