- You will be based at our Loganholme HQ and work alongside the Managing Director, the Bookkeeper and Receptionist.
- You will review financial reports and liaise with external accountants.
- You will coordinate with our external IT support team.
- You will attend meetings as required.
- You will oversee office administration, financial administration and payroll oversight, onboarding administration for recent employees, and IT support coordination through our MSP.
- You will be supported by the Receptionist, the Bookkeeper and external Accountants, but you are the one overseeing it all. Qualifications & Non‑Negotiables
- Commercial acumen.
- Experience managing at least one other person.
- Bookkeeping or finance admin experience.
- Confidence using Xero.
- Professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Experience in HR, office operations, onboarding, payroll or IT coordination is a plus, but not essential. What’s in it for you
