- Support clients with daily living activities and health care needs
- Maintain accurate digital care notes and documentation

- Follow individual care plans and clinical procedures Essential Requirements
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current AHPRA Registration (RN/EN applicants)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and confidence using digital systems
