We're looking for a housemate to join our home!
We’re a young family with two children (ages 4 and 1) from South Korea. The available room is located at the opposite end of the house from our bedroom and living area, offering you as much privacy as possible.
Our home is less than two years old, so everything is modern, tidy, and in excellent condition.
Available from: October 30th, 2025

Room features:

• Spacious furnished bedroom with a new single bed and mattress
• Built-in wardrobe, desk, ceiling fan
• Two shelves for books or storage
• Shared bathroom with shower, toilet, and basin (we'll use it minimally)
• On-street parking available

Rent includes:
• All utility bills
• High-speed internet

Important info:
• No pets or smoking (shared living)
• 4 weeks bond
• 2 weeks notice required
• Minimum stay: 3 months
