Are you an experienced Property Solicitor ready to step away from managing solely files and into a role that develops your leadership? Ownit Conveyancing Lawyers is looking for a high-performing Solicitor to head up our legal team as we continue to grow nationally. This is a unique opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys mentoring people, driving service excellence, improving compliance outcomes and leading from the front without the traditional pressure of managing a large file load. About the Role This is not a traditional solicitor role. Instead of sitting behind a desk managing your own matters all day, you will play a key leadership role across the business by:
• Leading and mentoring a team of conveyancing paralegals and legal staff
• Providing guidance and supervision on high-level legal matters and escalations
• Driving service delivery standards and customer outcomes
• Monitoring compliance, risk and legal quality metrics
• Supporting training, development and coaching across the legal team
• Assisting with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Working closely with senior leadership as the business expands This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people leadership just as much as legal practice. About You You will be:
• An experienced property solicitor with strong technical conveyancing knowledge
