Roll Maker (Loganholme)

**About**:Choo Choo Sushi Hyperdome, located in Brisbane, is a popular sushi train restaurant offering over 150 delicious dishes. With a modern, clean design, family-friendly and a fun train and movie theme, we provide a unique dining experience. Choo Choo Sushi Hyperdome is looking for a **Roll maker**who can:

- Work flexible hours between Monday
- Sunday.

In addition to these duties, as a **Roll Maker**, you will also be responsible for:

- Preparing sushi rolls and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensuring the quality and presentation of each dish meets our restaurant's standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the sushi preparation area.

Hours could be morning/afternoon/evening shifts during weekdays or weekends, from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm.
