The Powder Coating Company is seeking experienced powder coaters. If you have experience in powder coating and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities: Perform powder coating on a variety of metal components Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking Apply powder coatings with precision and consistency Ensure high-quality finishes that meet company standards Operate and maintain powder coating equipment Monitor curing ovens to ensure proper coating adhesion Maintain a clean and secure work setting Sandblasting experience highly regarded Forklift ticket highly regarded
Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Powder Coater (essential) Familiarity with powder coating equipment and processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and a team player Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Immediate start available.
Job Types: Full time, Casual
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
