Grader Operator - UTS/Final Trim (Loganholme)

We are a rapidly growing civil construction company based on Brisbane’s southside, delivering residential subdivision and commercial infrastructure projects. Our work spans bulk earthworks, road construction, and underground services including sewer and stormwater. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Grader Operator (Final Trim / UTS) to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects. Working within a close-knit civil crew, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate graders to complete final trim works to required tolerances
- Utilise UTS/GPS systems for accurate set-out and grading
- Assist in delivering residential subdivision and civil infrastructure projects
- Read and interpret plans, levels, and site specifications
- Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on plant and equipment
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality assurance
- Identify, report, and manage hazards or site issues promptly
- Ensure works are completed efficiently, minimising rework and delays About You:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction
- Proven experience in Final Trim and UTS/GPS operation
- Background in residential subdivisions or similar civil projects (roads, earthworks, utilities, infrastructure)
- Robust understanding of site safety and WHS requirements
