- Minimum 1.5 years experience using ArchiCAD
- Strong residential construction experience
- Certificate IV in Residential Drafting (or similar drafting qualification)
- Solid understanding of residential building processes and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Ability to take feedback and implement changes quickly Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed residential construction drawings using ArchiCAD
- Prepare and amend working drawings, site plans, and construction documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, council requirements, and internal standards
- Work closely with supervisors, estimators, and designers to refine plans
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and high-quality drafting output I am currently seeking a motivated and detail focused Residential Draftsperson to join a growing residential building team based in Loganholme.
