Cook (Eagleby)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable **Full-Time Cook** to join our kitchen team in Eagleby. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, consistency, and working in a professional kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard as directed by Chefs
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Assist with food preparation, portioning and plating presentation
- Storing and labelling food appropriately
- Assist with menu planning
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

**About You**
- Previous experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and qualified
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
