If you are passionate about design and delivering exceptional client experiences, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Junior Lifestyle Studio Receptionist/Colour Consultant** to join our team.
**THE ROLE**
As a Junior Lifestyle Studio Receptionist/Colour Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our Lifestyle Studio while supporting them through their colour selection journey. This dual-purpose role combines receptionist and administrative duties with providing design advice to help clients achieve their vision.
**Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to**:
- Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Conducting Lifestyle Studio tours to showcase our space and offerings.
- Scheduling and confirming client appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating selection appointments.
- Providing professional advice on colour schemes, material selections, and design trends to bring clients’ visions to life.
- Presenting visual aids, mood boards, and sample swatches to support client decision-making.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client appointments and finalising documentation.
- Ordering samples, paint swatches, and maintaining the studio’s organisation and tidiness.
- Assisting with monthly reporting, preparing files, retrieving documentation, and amending colour documentation for covenant changes.
**To be successful for this role you'll need**:
- A passion for exceptional customer service and an eye for detail.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in reception, administration, or interior design (preferred but not essential).
