**Roster**: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

**About the Role**

As our Store Admin Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person for all things admin, customer service support, stock control, and operational excellence.

You’ll be the bridge between our team, our customers, and the systems that keep the store humming. Think of yourself as the engine room of the store
- efficient, organised, and essential.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**: ✔️ Delivering warm, friendly customer service

✔️ Coordinating repairs, returns and credits with suppliers

✔️ Coordinating Click & Collect like a logístical pro

✔️ Managing laybys and vendor orders like a retail wizard ✨

✔️ Keeping stock levels accurate and up-to-date

✔️ Rolling out price changes, compliance tasks & safety audits

✔️ Working hand-in-hand with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office

✔️ Investigating stock discrepancies and reporting the nitty-gritty ️‍ ️

✔️ Maintaining a protected and welcoming environment for team and customers alike
