**Job Summary**

As our Merchandise Coordinator you support the merchandising team in executing merchandising strategies and product assortment to drive sales and profitability. You will assist in various aspects of the merchandising process, including assortment planning, inventory management, and sales analysis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and rapid-paced environment.

**The day to day**:

- Assist in developing seasonal line plans and assortment strategies in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization.
- Maintain accurate product data and information in merchandising systems and databases. Ensure product information, pricing, and availability are up-to-date and aligned across channels.
- Support inventory planning and management efforts by monitoring stock levels, sell-through rates, and replenishment needs. Assist in forecasting demand and allocating inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist in analyzing sales performance, sell-through rates, and key performance metrics to evaluate merchandising effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies.
- Assist in developing visual merchandising guidelines and standards to enhance product presentation and visibility across retail and e-commerce channels. Collaborate with store planning teams to implement merchandising displays and fixtures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, marketing, and operations, to support merchandising initiatives. Coordinate communication and ensure alignment on merchandising strategies and objectives.
- Provide administrative assistance to the merchandising team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents and presentations. Assist in coordinating sample shipments and product presentations.
