Disability Support Worker (Holmview)

**What you need to apply**:

- Experience supporting people with disabilities in home and the community
- Cert III in Individual Support or relevant experience
- Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

**Overview of the role**:

- Provide day-to-day support to people with a disability
- Assist individuals to undertake a range of activities of daily living, including personal and self care when required
- Work effectively with people who have high physical needs and/or behaviours of concern
- Be able to understand and action specific requirements listed in behaviour support plans as required
- Maintain shift notes, documentation and required records
- Assist participants with engaging in community, social and recreational activities
- Support people within both group settings and 1-on-1 arrangements.
