Posi-Track / Bobcat Operator (HR Licence Required) Full-Time Position | Immediate Start Available We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Posi-Track / Bobcat Operator to join our growing team. • Supportive team setting with autonomy on-site About the Role: You will be responsible for operating Posi-Track / Bobcat machinery across a variety of domestic housing and commercial construction projects. The role requires someone who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and maintain high safety and quality standards. Key Requirements:
• Proven experience operating Posi-Track / Bobcat equipment
• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence – essential
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of site safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic Desirable (but not essential):
• Additional plant tickets or machinery experience
• Experience working on residential and commercial job sites
