- Interact with clients on the phone, email and webchat in a professional manner
- Process customer Returns and Warranties
- Respond to customer delivery enquiries
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Ensuring all tasks and customer follow ups are completed in a timely manner
- Continually striving to meet the company’s customer satisfaction standards
- Identify opportunities to add value to our customer's experience The successful applicant will possess:
- Ability to type minimum 50wpm
- Ability to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Australian citizen or full-time visa holder with fluency in English
- A passion for cars
- Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store a PLUS (Auto Pro, Autobarn, Repco, Bursons, Supercheap Auto, AutoOne etc) What we offer:
