As a key player in the supply chain operations, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless coordination and efficiency of logistics activities.

- $70,000 (Dependent on experience)

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and evaluate all logistics operations through effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, transportation companies, and customers.
- Liaise with logistics partners to obtain shipping quotes, monitor delivery status, and create shipping documentation.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system (JDE), warehouse management systems, and document updating.
- Communicate with overseas suppliers to monitor and follow up shipments, ensuring timely arrivals.
- Manage shipping documents from suppliers and to customers.
- Work with freight forwarders and transport companies to ensure efficient clearance of goods.
- Monitor and update information related to ETA’s, transshipments, unload dates, and Biosecurity/IFIS holds.

**Position Essentials**:

- Certificate/diploma qualification in logistics/supply chain management.
- 2-3 years of experience in the logistics industry (shipping line/freight forwarder/transport operations).
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Experience working with international suppliers and in cross trades.
- Customer service-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
