About the role: Interact with clients on the phone, email and webchat in a professional manner Process customer Returns and Warranties Respond to customer delivery enquiries Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Ensuring all tasks and customer follow ups are completed in a timely manner Continually striving to meet the company’s customer satisfaction standards Identify opportunities to add value to our customer's experience

The successful applicant will possess: Ability to type minimum 50wpm Ability to remain calm and qualified, even with challenging clients Ability to work effectively within a team environment Excellent communication skills Australian citizen or full-time visa holder with fluency in English A passion for cars Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store a PLUS (Auto Pro, Autobarn, Repco, Bursons, Supercheap Auto, AutoOne etc)
