**About the role**

New and exciting store coming to Marsden in May.

We currently have an exciting position available for a Retail Support Manager (Assistant Manager). We are looking for an experienced retail leader who is energetic, creative, and looking to lead from the front. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, hands on, and willing to contribute their own ideas to grow and lead the store and team to success.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in Discount Variety Industry or the Supermarket industry is preferred as the role will be very fast paced.
- Experience in merchandising.
- Experience in a management position is a must.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence.
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Capable of successfully managing a team of up to ten.

Availability across all days as we are a seven
- day trader.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58,000.00 per year
